Exchange policies
We only offer exchanges for sizing issues. Please refer below for our exchangepolicy:
If you are not satisfied with the size of product we would be happy to
exchange it with other available sizes in that particular style.
Only unused and unwashed products are eligible for exchange.
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for customized orders The SajCreations team must receive and approve your return request over mailor phone call. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange fora return pick up on chargeable basis at an agreed upon time or you can cometo showroom prior appointment. In the odd case that you do not love your SajCreations products, here is our policyon returns:
If you are not satisfied with a product it can be returned within 7 days of
receiving the merchandise.
Only unused and unwashed products are eligible for return. Tags and labels
should be intact.
Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for customized orders
There will be no exchange and no return on discounted products.

The sad creations team must receive and approve your return request. Once yourrequest is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up on chargeable basis at an agreed upon time. While returning please make sure that the packaging is intact as original. We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks. You can choose to either receive the refund in the form of store credit which will reflect in your SajCreations account or you may choose to receive the amount back to the same payment mode. kindly mail us your bank details and we will transfer the amount in your bank. However please note for delivery charges would be deducted from total amount.

Saj Creations: Shipping Policies
SajCreations uses the best possible transport/courier agencies to deliver your
product/s.
We charge shipping fee for all products. Delivery within USA takes 7-10
working days or contact before order.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between
Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidaysand Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control includingunexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due toweather conditions and strikes, may be vary due to covid pandemic.
SajCreations does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers
are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code and phone
number SajCreations will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete addresslistings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.
In case you purchase multiple products in one order, all products will be
dispatched together.
All products shall be shipped from Hicksville, USA.
